Christmas Carols from Yesterday and Today

The Christmas Concert

Chamber music

Presentation

When winter comes, Christmas carols light up our memories like timeless echoes. Whether born of popular traditions or from the pen of the great Baroque masters, they all carry the same promise of fervor and shared joy.

With its period instruments and radiant voices, La Chapelle Harmonique breathes new life into this musical heritage, blending the delicacy of Charpentier’s and Praetorius’s Christmas works with the freshness of tunes known to all. Between contemplation and celebration, Valentin Tournet and his ensemble lead us into a sparkling, jubilant musical vigil!

Coproduction: Mont-Saint-Michel National Public Establishment, La Chapelle Harmonique
